When you receive a cancer diagnosis, a caring community can make all the difference.
The mission of SHARE CANCER is to ensure that women receive it.
Recipe:
Ingredients
1 egg
1 box strawberry cake mix
1 (8oz) tub whipped topping
Powdered sugar
Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease two baking sheets, and set them aside.
2. In a large bowl, lightly beat the egg, then add in the cake mix and whipped topping. Mix well, and roll into small 1-in. balls. Roll each in the powdered sugar until completely coated.
3. Place the dough balls about 1in. apart on the baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges appear firm, being careful not to let them brown. Top with the sprinkles, if desired.
Makes 24 cookies.
